Have you considered joining us on smart event in June? :-) We need your answer till 15.05.2010 to finish all preparations.
I can help you with booking hotel rooms, they cost like 50PLN/person/night (breakfast is included). The other costs are connected mainly with food (the dinner on Saturday is free of charge). The Club entry fee will not be applied for you.
Of course you can stay with us shorter (e.g. one day only) or decide there in Sandomierz whether to stay for another day or not (we would help you with finding hotel). If you make a decision after 15.05.2010 you will be still welcome but then we would not guarantee all the "bells and whistles" connected with the event for you.

Thursday, 03.06.2010:
14.00 - the greeting of smart teams in Sandomierz, distribution of start number stickers, gadgets etc.
15.00 - Visiting the castle in Sandomierz and its deep dungeons
16.30 - Lunch time (reservation in local restaurant)
18.00 - River cruise
20.00 - Short evening trip with checkpoints
21.00 - Depending on the weather conditions:
a. A campfire with grilled sausages
b. Party in a pub

Friday, 04.06.2010:

11.00 - meeting in Tarnobrzeg with sponsors (1)
12.00 - arcade and knowledge contests, presentations and test drives (incl. smart ED)
17.00 - dinner time
19.00 - smart parade with local brass band
21.00 - music band live performance
Saturday, 05.06.2010:
till 10.30 - breakfast time
11.00 - meeting in Tarnobrzeg with sponsors (2), presentation of their products
12.00 - smart arcade contests
16.00 - A dinner hosted by town authorities
18.00 - contests + evening party
